More specifically, you want help with French Toast Fat Bombs For Keto | Easy Fat Bomb Recipe?
hey what’s happening guys today we’re doing another installment of one of the most popular keto snacks that exists we’re doing another fat bomb recipe and today’s french toast fat bomb rusty it literally might be the best fat BOM recipe that I’ve done on the channel so far if you love french toast if you love cinnamon toast crunch or just cinnamon sugary things in general I have a funny feeling you’re gonna agree with me so let’s jump into this one and make these fat bombs guys alright so the first thing we do is take out a large bowl and our food scale and we’re gonna add a cup or around a hundred grams of superfine almond flour to the bowl and I really can’t recommend enough you’re using that food scale to do this guys so now I’m just sweeten things up without adding any extra carbs we’re gonna be adding a tablespoon around 12 grams of your RIT all to our bowl as well as a tablespoon and a half of egg beaters egg beaters are double pasteurized so they’re safe to eat raw don’t use regular eggs because you could get sick and of course if we’re making anything that’s supposed to taste like french toast we have to add some syrup so you want to add two tablespoons of your favorite sugar-free maple syrup as well as two tablespoons of some unsalted melted butter it’s about 28 grams of butter as well as half a teaspoon of vanilla extract half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and just some salt to taste now you can do is take a spatula and start mixing all those ingredients together until a thick batter starts to form in the bowl once a batter does form like that what you want to do is transfer the bowl so the refrigerator just to give it a chance to thicken up even more you’re gonna refrigerate the dough for about 15 minutes when 15 minutes has gone by you’ll want to get it back out along with a cookie scoop and start forming your fat bond so this recipes gonna make about 10 equal sized fat bombs and what I like to do is scoop each piece out and then make a fat bomb ball of dough out of each piece regardless if you keep them in the shape of a cookie scoop or make a ball of dough you want to cover them with something that’s gonna keep the air out and then you want to store them in either the refrigerator or the freezer I prefer the fridge just because I think they turn out more doughy that way and I like that but both ways really do work great and you’ll end up with something delicious like this so that’s it guys that’s today’s french toast a foam recipe I hope you enjoyed it if you did it really would mean a lot if you put thumbs up on the like button on the video if you want to pick up any of the stuff that I use to make my fat bombs links all those products are in the video description below along with the full written out recipe and the macros anyways thanks for watching guys I hope you enjoy the fat bombs and I’ll see in the next recipe
