hey what’s up guys it’s been a while since we’ve done any kind of a low-calorie or macro friendly recipe on the channel and today’s banana bread is just that each slice this banana bread only has a hundred and fifty calories it tastes like you should have twice as many calories that it has the most ten grams of protein per slice the macros are super balanced on it it’s awesome so that being said let’s jump into this one let’s make some banana bread so in a medium sized Bowl we’re gonna add a heaping cup of some white whole wheat flour next we’re gonna add three tablespoons of some granulated stevia followed by a teaspoon of cinnamon a teaspoon of baking powder a teaspoon of baking soda and just a pinch of salt also to give this banana bread a boost of protein we’re gonna add a scoop and a half of unflavored whey protein powder now we’re just gonna mix those ingredients together set that bowl aside and get out a much larger bowl we’re an ad for bananas and mash those bananas up with our fork once those are mashed we’re gonna add two tablespoons of coconut oil one large egg and a teaspoon of vanilla extract now we’re gonna get out a whisk and whisk fi those ingredients until they’re combined once they’re combined we’re gonna add our dry ingredients back into the bowl and we’re also gonna add 1/3 of a cup of no sugar added chocolate chips then at this point you can take out a spatula and mix those ingredients until a thick banana bread batter forms and once it does you want to go ahead and add the batter to a greased 9 by 5 bread pan top the banana bread with even more chocolate chips and then bake it at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes you want to let the banana bread cool completely in the pan itself and then once it’s done cooling of course as always enjoy guys all right so that’s today’s banana bread recipe I hope you guys enjoy it the recipe today it was sponsored by ice appear protein powders so if you’re looking for that unflavored whey protein that I used for my chocolate chip banana bread there’s a link to grab that in the video description below along actually with links to all the products that I used to make the banana bread today also if you’re looking for the full written out recipe with the metric measurements and macros you’ll find that down there as well thank you guys so much for watching I hope you give this a shot I hope you’ll like it and I will see you in the next recipe

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Grocery List:
White Whole Wheat Flour:
Stevia I Used:
1 1/2 Scoops (45g) ISOPURE Unflavored Whey
4 Bananas (400g)
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
1 Heaping Cup (130g)
3 Tbsps (36g) Stevia
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/3 Cup (56g) Lily’s Chocolate Chips + *(2 Tbsps for topping)
Pinch of salt
Add all of the dry ingredients (except the 2 Tbps of chocolate chips) to a large bowl and combine
In a separate bowl combine all of the wet ingredients, and combine
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet, and mix with a spatula until a thick batter forms
Coat a 9×5 loaf pan with baking spray, and add the batter
Top with the 2 Tbsps of chocolate chips
Bake at 325 Degrees for 35-40 minutes (until a toothpick come out clean)
Cool down completely in the pan
Cut into 10 slices
Store in the fridge in an air-tight container

*You can probably add 2-2.5 scoops of protein to this recipe to up the protein and the banana bread will still turn out moist!
