Dr. Berg talks about chronic right rhomboid pain, tightness and trigger points. This is a referred problem. Your gallbladder can refer a pain to the right shoulder and just medial to the right scapular area, right over the rhomboid muscle. The phrenic nerve is responsible and can refer pain to the this area. Many people have trigger points to this area.
