hey what’s happening guys today we’re doing another low-carb keto friendly recipe on the channel we’re making some cheesecake fat bombs that have got this great tangy zing to him from some lemon juice they’re perfectly sweetened and we’re eating to go all out today I’m gonna show how to make a low-carb crust your cheesecake bath bombs – so let’s get in this one and get cooking guys alright so in a large bowl you want to add four ounces of full fat cream cheese next you want to add three tablespoons of some melted unsalted butter followed by three tablespoons of melted coconut oil as well as two tablespoons of lemon juice two and a half tablespoons of some granulated your it all and a scoop of ice appears unflavored whey protein powder or any flavored whey protein powder that you have now what you want to do is just mix all those ingredients together in a large bowl – hand mixer stir that up with a spatula and then refrigerate that bowl for about 15 minutes so now on a smaller bowl we’re gonna make a crust for our fat bombs we’re gonna add 1/4 cup of simple almond flour 3/4 of a tablespoon of your throm and 3 quarters of the tablespoon of some melted coconut oil so now at this point we’re just gonna mix those ingredients until they’re combined and once everything’s combined we’re gonna get the batter back out from the fridge use a cookie scoop to remove some of it dip each scoop in some of the crust that we just made and then add the scoops to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper once you’ve added all the scoops you want to freeze the tray for at least two hours and just let them defrost a few minutes before you enjoy them alright so that’s today’s cheesecake bat bomb recipe guys I hope you give it a shot I hope you enjoy it if you want the full written out recipe with the metric measurements and macros you can find that in the video description below also the recipe today it was sponsored by I see pure protein powder so if you want to pick the protein powder up or any of the products that I used to make the recipe today there are links to those in the video description below as well thank eyes so much for watching I hope you like this one and I’ll see the next recipe [Music]

THINGS I USED IN TODAY’S CHEESECAKE FAT BOMB RECIPE:
CHEESECAKE FAT BOMBS INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Scoop (15g) Unflavored Whey ISOPURE powder
4 oz (113g) Full Fat Cream Cheese (room temp.)
3 Tbsps (45g) Unsalted Butter (melted)
3 Tbsps (45g) Coconut Oil (melted)
2 Tbsps (30g) Lemon Juice
2 1/2 Tbsps Erythritol (30g)
1/4 Cup (56g) Almond Flour
3/4 Tbsp (10g) Erythritol
3/4 Tbsp (10g) Coconut Oil (melted)
Add all ingredients (except those to make the crust) to a large bowl
Use a hand mixer to combine all the ingredients until a smooth consistency forms
Once smooth, freeze the mixture for 15 minutes
While the mixture is freezing make the crust
In a small-medium sized bowl add all of the crust ingredients
Mix until the ingredients are combined with one another
Now take the cheesecake mixture out of the freezer, and use a cookie scoop to scoop out equal sized fat bombs
Dip each fat bomb into the crust mixture and add them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Freeze for 1-2 hours before serving
Let them defrost for a couple minutes before enjoying.
Keep frozen in a sealed in a plastic bag, or tupperware container for several days
