today we’re doing a low-carb acute Oh friendly cookie dough that legitimately tastes like real cookie no guys I cannot wait for you to try this you don’t think it tastes like real cookie dough then if you ever see me in real life you can kick me in the nuts or just give the video a thumbs down and we’ll call it even guys anyways let’s get started let’s make some cookie dough so I’m assuming most of you guys want to keep the carbs as low as possible in this cookie dough and one way of doing that is with the chocolate chips so I highly recommend going with these alil e’s low-carb chocolate chips each serving has just 2 grams of net carbs and they are so good guys you’re also gonna want to use some egg beaters for the recipe today instead of regular eggs because you can actually eat egg beaters raw they’re pasteurized anyways moving on to the recipe we’re gonna add 3/4 of a cup of some almond flour to a large bowl followed by two tablespoons of your rift at all we’re also going to be using 1/8 of a cup of those low-carb chocolate chips I was talking about earlier as well as a pinch of salt that’s about an eighth of a teaspoon as well as 2 tablespoons of some melted coconut oil 3 tablespoons of the egg substitute and 1 teaspoon of some vanilla extract so at this point we’ve got all our ingredients added to our bowl we’re just gonna get out our spatula and start mixing them together until a cookie dough batter starts to form it’ll take a couple of minutes but eventually you’ll have something looking like this in your bowl and I guess you can keep it in that large bowl but I like to transfer it to a smaller dish and then what I like to do guys is just pop it in my refrigerator for about a half-hour it just helps the coconut oil solidify a little bit and then also it helps thicken up the cookie dough itself it gives it a much thicker cookie dough consistency and then check this out a half hour later you have the perfect low-carb chocolate chip cookie dough so yeah that’s today’s cookie dough recipe guys I hope you enjoyed it if you did it’d mean the world to me if you have the thumbs up button the like button on the video if you have the full recipe with the metric measurements of the macros or you just want to pick up any of the stuff that I used to make the cookie dough today all that’s in the video description below thanks so much for watching thanks for hanging out with me a little bit you’re not subscribed yet subscribe and I will see you in the next video

3/4 Cup (100g) Almond Flour
2 Tbsps (28g) Erythritol
1/8 Cup (30g) Lily’s Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsps (28g) Melted Coconut Oil
1/8 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsps (50g) Egg Substitute
