Here’s The Video Description From YouTube

I’m going to reveal unique fasting protocols for cancer that I’ve never shared before. Check this out!

0:00 Introduction: Protocol for cancer
1:08 Cancer cells explained
2:22 Mechanisms of fasting for cancer
18:35 Fasting for cancer prevention and for cancer
22:30 What if you can’t fast?

It’s important to understand the differences between normal cells and cancer cells:
• Cancer cells originate from normal cells.
• Damage to the mitochondria is what starts the process of a normal cell turning into a cancer cell.
• Sugar provides the most fuel for a cancer cell.
• Normal cells die, but cancer cells can live forever.
• Cancer cells grow faster than normal cells.

Mechanisms of fasting for cancer:
Mechanism #1 — Fasting helps starve off the fuel (glucose) to the cancer cell.

Mechanism #2 — Certain cancers can live on glutamine and arginine, which are amino acids. When you fast, you deprive the cancer cell of those types of fuel.

Mechanism #3 — Autophagy may help shrink tumors and inhibit cancer development. The biggest thing that triggers autophagy is fasting.

Mechanism #4 — Your immune system is a key factor in preventing cancer and killing cancer. Fasting boosts your immune system and can help regrow a damaged immune system.

Mechanism #5 — Fasting decreases certain hormones that may increase the risk of cancer, such as:
• IGF-1 (this hormone is only a problem if you have cancer)
• Insulin
• Estrogen

Mechanism #6 — Decreasing inflammation helps decrease the risk of cancer. Fasting can help reduce inflammation.

Mechanism #7 — Ketones can provide cancer cells with the cellular membrane structure they need. However, we are currently researching different solutions for this dilemma. Essentially, we need something that can block SCOT. Keep in mind, there are a lot of other things going on when you’re fasting that override the mechanism of ketones feeding cancer membranes through SCOT.
Promising natural SCOT inhibitors:
• Alpha-lipoic acid
• Garcinia
• Red algae
• Black seed oil
• Garlic

Fasting protocol for cancer prevention:
• At least 16 hours of fasting with an 8-hour eating window
• A low-carb diet

Fasting protocol for cancer:
• At least 18 hours of fasting with a 6-hour eating window. 20 hours of fasting with a four-hour eating window or OMAD would be even better.
• A 48-hour fast once a week, or two days of 500 calories.
• Once a month, fast for 4 days and gradually up to 7 days if possible.
• When you eat, the main dish should be cruciferous vegetables (10 cups per day). Consume about 3 oz. of protein high in omega-3 fatty acids. Olive oil and cod liver oil are good fats to consume. Broccoli sprouts may also be beneficial.

Here’s The Video Description From YouTube

Pictures of my face before keto and fasting make my old health problems so obvious. Transform your face and your health with the simple knowledge of what to eat.

START HERE:

0:00 Introduction: What your face says about your health
0:43 #1 The shape of your face
2:35 #2 The tissue around the eyes
3:40 #3 The eyes
6:48 #4 The chin
7:38 #5 The texture of the skin
11:14 #6 Dry flaky skin
13:40 #7 Acne
15:45 Get started!

Today I want to cover seven things that your face can tell you about what’s happening internally with your health.

Looking at a person’s face can give you so many clues about what’s going on inside. To show you what I mean, we’re going to take a look at my own face before and after getting on the keto diet and doing intermittent fasting.

7 things your face says about your health:
1. The shape of the face
If someone has a round face, they have too much insulin and consume too many carbs. I was also storing a lot of water because, with every gram of glucose stored as glycogen, three grams of water are stored.

2. The tissue around the eyes
Puffiness under the eyes is a good indication that the kidneys are backed up because of too much fluid retention.

3. The eyes
Bloodshot eyes can indicate a liver problem. This could also be due to a lack of sleep or a deficiency of vitamins B2 and B3. But, usually, it’s a liver problem.

4. Under the chin
Fat under the chin is due to a spill-off of accumulated fat. This doesn’t just affect how you look. It can cause certain issues like sleep apnea.

5. The texture of the skin
Oily skin can mean the person has a zinc deficiency. It could also mean they have high androgens due to high insulin.

6. Dry flaky skin
Dry, flaky skin could be due to a liver issue and/or too much omega-6 fatty acids. Cod liver oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, and vitamin D. Because of this, cod liver oil may help with dry, flaky skin and oily skin.

7. Acne
Acne can come from high androgens, which is really too much insulin. Zinc and a change in diet (to Healthy keto) may be beneficial.

In this video, we’re going to talk about why your cell phone could be behind your late-night cravings.

Some people still have sugar cravings at night while they are on a Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting plan. Why?

I stumbled upon a study that had some interesting data about sweet cravings that come from things other than your diet.

Cell phones, tablets, computers, and TVs, emit blue light. When blue light goes into the retina and the hypothalamus, it can affect your circadian rhythm.

Blue light interferes with your melatonin level and spikes your cortisol level. In turn, this can affect your blood sugar level.

When you have low blood glucose late at night, you can experience strong cravings for sweets.

Just an hour of blue light exposure has the potential to increase your sugar cravings.

If you experience sweet cravings late at night, here’s what you can try:
• Turn your phone and computer on nightshift mode or use an app to filter out blue light
• Wear glasses that filter out blue light in the evening
• Avoid the use of your electronic devices within two hours of bedtime
• Use warm or red light in the evening and avoid blue-tinted or cool lights

Give these tips for avoiding blue light a try, and let me know if they help you with your cravings for sweets in the comments below.

In this video, we’re going to talk about what the color of your phlegm can potentially tell you.

What is phlegm? Phlegm is mucus produced by the respiratory system. This is typically from the lungs, not your sinuses.

When you cough up your phlegm, this is called sputum.

Your body produces around one liter of phlegm each day. When you have an infection, it can be much more than one liter.

What color is your phlegm? Take a look at what your phlegm color can potentially say.

• White/clear: Allergies or asthma

• Dark yellow: Mild infection

• Green: Severe infection

• Black: Fungal infection

• Brown: Lung disease

• Grey: Smoker

• Pink/red: Nose bleeds, dry respiratory system, lung cancer (rare), or tuberculosis

Bacterial infections may cause phlegm for 10 to 14 days. If it’s a viral infection, it can cause phlegm for more than 14 days.

There are some remedies that can help thin your phlegm and potentially help clear it up.

The best remedies for phlegm are:
• Zinc (50mg/day)
• Vitamin D3 (10,000 IU/day)
• Fenugreek

If you give these phlegm remedies a try, let me know how they work for you in the comments below.

Autonomic Nervous System:

DATA:

Your gut health affects your brain far more than you may realize—find out why!

0:00 Introduction: Your second brain is in your gut
0:15 The autonomic nervous system explained
0:50 How your brain and gut affect each other
1:31 Neurotransmitters and your gut
2:53 Share your success story!

In this video, we’re going to talk about the important relationship between your brain and your gut.

Your brain and gut interact bidirectionally. This means that there are nerve signals that go from your gut to your brain and from your brain to your gut.

There are two primary parts of your autonomic nervous system: sympathetic and parasympathetic. Your sympathetic nervous system is responsible for the “fight or flight” state, while your parasympathetic nervous system is responsible for the “rest and digest” state.

The vagus nerve that comes from the brain stem down into the gut is a part of the parasympathetic nervous system.

However, there’s a third part of the autonomic nervous system that I rarely talk about called the enteric nervous system.

There are more nerves in your enteric nervous system than there are in your spinal column.

So if there’s anything going on in your gut, signals are sent to your brain. This can cause unexpected symptoms such as:
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Stress
• Schizophrenia
• And other altered emotion states

Anything going on in the brain (like stress) can cause issues in your gut, including:
• Nausea
• Heartburn
• Diarrhea
• Constipation
• Cramps
• Ulcers

The enteric nervous system is also involved in about 30 neurotransmitters. 90% of serotonin is created in the gut.

Your overall gut health is very important for your mental health.

21% of IBD cases are linked to cases of depression.

This shows just how important it is to get plenty of natural probiotics are prebiotics in your diet, such as:
• Kefir
• Sauerkraut
• Kimchi
• Apple cider vinegar

Studies show that taking probiotic supplements can also improve your mood.

Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
