Hey what's happening guys welcome back to another protein shake recipe today we're going to be making a peanut butter protein shake and this is really for all of you out there who love eating peanut butter out of a jar like i like to do if you love doing that you are going to love today's protein shake recipe so that said let's jump right into it make .

This thing all right the first thing we want to add is of course our milk and for today's shake we'll be adding a half a cup or 115 milliliters of some unsweetened vanilla almond milk to our blender then we're gonna add some frozen bananas for some creaminess and i'm using around a half a banana or 50 grams of it however if you want to keep things .

As low carb as possible and still get that creaminess you can always sub the bananas out with some of my homemade vanilla keto ice cream and a link to that is in the video description below anyway the next thing we're going to add is some natural no sugar added peanut butter and for our shake want to add two tablespoons or 32 grams of it to our .

Blender now the next thing we're going to add is some vanilla protein powder and we're going to add two thirds of a scoop or around 25 grams of it then after we've added that we're gonna add some peanut butter powder to really crank up the peanut butter flavor in the shake and we're gonna add a heaping two tablespoons or 16 grams of it in there .

Now lastly we're gonna add a pinch of salt for more flavor and we're gonna add about a half a cup or 90 grams of some ice ice baby for some extra creaminess so at this point we're ready to pop the top on our blender give everything a good blend until our protein shake is thick and creamy and totally combined then we get our favorite mug pour all .

That peanut butter deliciousness in there and if you're feeling fancy like i was today top that bad boy with some whipped cream and some crushed peanuts and enjoy that is incredible rich creamy tons of peanut butter flavor so good anyway guys i hope you enjoyed .

Hey what's happening guys today we're making a keto protein shake that not only looks like an oreo but it tastes like one too and the best thing about this recipe is the fact that this entire oreo keto protein shake has just two neck carbs now with that said today's low carb keto protein shake recipe it is sponsored by iso pure .

Protein and really if you're trying to make yourself a protein shake with the lowest amount of carbs possible their protein powder is some of the best you can use and the reason being is because a ton of their protein powders have zero carbs or next to zero grams of carbs for example their vanilla protein powder which we'll be using to make this oreo .

Keto protein shake with it has zero grams of carbs and like i said a bunch of the other flavors do as well as a lot of you guys know i love using their unflavored protein powder to make a lot of savory recipes with it bakes incredibly well and it also has zero grams of carbs anyway let's not waste any more time let's jump right into the .

Good stuff cause i'm sure you're getting hungry for this oreo keto protein shake and i'll show you how to make it all right first things first we're gonna add a heaping half a cup or 115 milliliters of some of this stuff some unsweetened vanilla almond milk to our blender then after we've added our milk in there we're gonna add some creaminess to our .

Keto shake by using some of these frozen diced avocados i want to use around a half a cup or 75 grams of them to make the shake also for best results make sure to use a slightly under ripe avocado for your keto shake this will ensure that it's super neutral in flavor and it doesn't make the keto shake taste like an avocado anyway the next thing .

We're going to add is some of that zero carb vanilla protein powder by iso pure that i was talking about earlier and of course this is to give us that oreo cream filling vibe to our keto protein shake and as far as how much we're going to use all we'll need is one scoop or 30 grams of it then after we've added that we're gonna add around a tablespoon and .

A half or seven grams of this black cocoa powder and this is what's really going to give the shake its oreo flavor so if you don't have this make sure to pick some up so you get that authentic flavor to your shake anyway the next thing we're going to add is about 4 tablespoons or 36 grams of some zero carb sweetener then we're going to add a .

Pinch of salt to really bring out all the flavors and about a half a cup or 90 grams of ice to make this keto oreo shake super thick so now that we've added all the ingredients we're gonna pop the top onto our blender and blend everything until our shake is thick and creamy then when it is i like to make the shake look like an oreo cookie so .

I'll pour half the shake in a glass add some whipped cream on top of it and then top that with the rest of the shake and today i was feeling a little bit extra so i added some more whipped cream on top of that and a bit of black cocoa powder to the top of the shake as well that is so good it tastes just like an oreo you cannot taste the avocado in .

Today we're making akito frosty with all the taste and none of the sugar of a regular wendy's chocolate frosting so we're gonna start things off by adding some of this stuff a heaping half a cup or 150 milliliters of some unsweetened vanilla almond milk to a blender then after we've added that in there we're gonna add a ton of creaminess to our .

Keto frosty by using some diced frozen avocado and we're gonna be using around a half a cup or 75 grams of it to make the frosting with that said the most important thing about using avocado to make your keto frosty is that it's not overly ripe you want to use an avocado that's almost underripe and kind of hard and has no dark spots on the flesh of it .

Since it will be much more neutral in flavor at this stage of ripeness anyway now that we've got our avocado added to our blender the next ingredient we want to add in there to make our keto frosty is going to be a scoop or 30 grams of chocolate protein powder then we're gonna add a tablespoon or five grams of cocoa powder in there as well as two .

Tablespoons or 18 grams some of this stuff some confectioners swerve to add a ton of sweetness to our keto frosty without adding any carbs or calories so now what's left to do is add about a half a cup or 90 grams of ice into our blender and then want to blend everything until the ice cubes and frozen avocados completely dissolve into .

Hey what's happening guys welcome back to another recipe today we've got some chocolate keto nut clusters on the menu these are so rich so chocolatey so decadent and just so easy to make they're also a little bit crunchy too and i know that sounds pretty good but what might be even better than that is the fact that each one of these has just .

One neck car so with that said let's not waste any more time let's jump right into the good stuff make these keto nut clusters all right first things first we're gonna get out some coconut oil and i didn't want my clusters to taste coconuty so you'll notice i'm using some refined coconut oil since it has no taste to it anyway we're gonna add three .

Tablespoons or 45 grams of that to a large bowl and then we're going to get out some sugar-free semi-sweetened chocolate chips and we're going to add three quarters of a cup or 112 grams of those to our bowl followed by the same amount of these sugar-free salted caramel chips and these chips are what's really gonna .

Make our keto nut clusters taste like a chocolate turtle but if you can't find them just use more semi-sweetened ones your nut clusters will still turn out delicious if you sub the salted caramel ones out now once we've worked the coconut oil into the chips we're gonna microwave those together for around 30 seconds or a minute really we just want .

To get all that coconut oil to melt and then we're going to mix those together until a chocolate sauce forms in there like this anyway now we're going to add our nuts and i used a combination of almonds hazelnuts and pecans for my keto nut clusters but you can really use any combination of nuts that you like for yours having said that though i used 2 3 .

Of a cup or 85 grams of each of those to my bowl to make my low carb nut clusters so you want to use two cups total when you make yours so now that we've added our nuts into the bowl we're gonna give those a good stir into the chocolate and then we're gonna get out either a tablespoon to make normal-sized keto nut clusters or an eighth of a cup which is .

The size of two tablespoons to make extra large ones like i'm doing today and as you're seeing here once we've scooped out that nutty chocolaty goodness from the bowl we're gonna add it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper if you make extra large ones like i did you'll end up with about 12 or 13 of them and if you make normal .

Size ones you should end up with about 25 keto nut clusters that said though no matter how many you make you'll want to freeze them for at least an hour or two just so they have a chance to set and then when they do you'll end up with some super tasty chocolatey and crunchy keto nut clusters like this all right so it's that time of the video it is taste .

Test time it's the moment of truth here we go oh my god seriously that is a treat that is a treat to eat so good these are just incredible they have the perfect amount of sweetness they're not too sweet they don't taste funny at all so they don't taste low .

Hey what's happening guys welcome to my new studio my new studio space this is where all of the future recipe magic will be happening like today's recipe if you're hearing an echo i apologize in advance obviously as you can see this is really like a new space we don't have any furniture in here just yet we're trying to buy furniture but there are .

Shipping delays and all that stuff so it might be a little while before furniture comes but i will try my best to minimize the echo uh when i go to edit this as best as i can anyway let's talk about the recipe we're doing today which is pan seared salmon i've been making pans here at salmon a ton lately because my one-year-old stella she loves salmon it .

Is like probably her favorite food actually so i want to share with you my tips and tricks for how to make perfect pan seared salmon at home it's really really easy to do all you need is 10 minutes in a few common kitchen ingredients and you can make yourself restaurant quality salmon i'm talking about like tender flaky and juicy salmon .

Meat and crispy crunchy salmon skin yeah it is so so good and so easy so with that said let's not waste any more time let's jump right into the good stuff and i'll show you how to make perfect pan seared salmon at home all right first things first we're gonna season the flesh side .

Of the salmon so as you're seeing here to start the process we're gonna add a little olive oil to it and then we're gonna use our fingers to rub the oil into the meat of the salmon then after we've done that we're gonna season it with a little salt and some pepper and then we're gonna give it a flip and repeat that same process on the skin .

Side of the salmon now after we've got our salmon well seasoned we're gonna heat up some olive oil in a frying pan set over medium heat and then we're going to add our salmon to it skin side down and this is super important cooking the salmon skin side down that is because doing this is what's going to ensure that we end up with crispy .

Crunchy perfectly cooked salmon skin and also a juicy flaky interior to the meat of our salmon as well now that said i like to cook my salmon about eighty percent of the way skin side down which will be about to 100 degrees fahrenheit and then once it reaches that internal temp i like to give it a flip and cook it flush side down for the remaining 20 .

Percent or until it reaches somewhere between 125 and 130 degrees fahrenheit then when it's reached that temp i'm gonna remove the salmon from the heat and let it set for a few minutes skin side up and this is really so that the skin will trap any of the moisture that's trying to escape out of the salmon back into the flesh and meat of .

It making it turn out super juicy by the way i did a little knife test for you guys so you can see how crispy the skin turns out and i also did a taste test too that crunch thumb now of course the meat of the salmon is also absolutely delicious as well and something i really like to do with it is .

Make a quick arugula salad with it and the salad takes like no time at all to whip up just add a couple of cups of arugula to a plate along with some diced cherry tomatoes some shaved parmesan cheese a little evo and some salt and of course the salmon fillet as well then get your fork out and flake if i some of that salmon into bite-sized pieces hit .

All that with a nice squeeze of lemon juice some more shredded parm and then lastly a tiny bit of pepper and yeah that's my go-to salad one on pan searing seven for the fam like i said though the salmon turns out absolutely tasty in its own right and actually did a taste test with just the play itself so here's that seriously what makes this pan-seared .

Salmon so good is that the top flesh side turns out just perfectly golden brown and caramelized and there's so much flavor in that top flesh then you get the skin and it's crispy and it's crunchy really what more could you ask for from salmon i mean like i literally cannot stop eating this and you're gonna see .

Honestly i don't even know how to start this one i'm leaving my house forever and i've got some big news for you guys but instead of me telling you the big news let me go show it to you excuse the mess right now but you'll know why it's a mess in a second the big news is that i rented .

I'm renting a studio space so this is where all the future recipes are gonna happen for the last seven years i've been working out of wherever i was living seven years ago i was like 26 ish 27 maybe and i was living with my dad i started creating in my dad's .

Kitchen seven years ago in 2014. then alyssa and i got an apartment uh i filmed out of there for like three years made a ton of content in that apartment and then we moved into a house a few years ago and i've been filming at the house for the last few years and it's just become a lot with stella with our baby she's one years old now and .

I've been fortunate enough that this channel has been growing my blog's been going growing my instagram has been growing and i've been doing really well thanks to you guys thanks to everybody who supports me in whatever kind of way in the blog and instagram all that stuff it's been going so well .

That i can afford a space of my own now so let me give you a tour this is the kitchen area obviously and i'm really excited about the kitchen not just because you know it's beautiful but because we have a ton of natural light in this apartment i mean this whole wall is just windows .

Which was a huge selling point for me and then that wall is all windows which was another huge selling point for me it's just all the natural light in here and you'll notice that this island behind me it is huge it is a huge workspace which means we can put a lot of cameras around the island get a lot of different shots obviously there's a .

Lot of natural light really excited about this kitchen area so now we're moving away from the kitchen and into what will be the living room we have one piece of furniture right now which is this office chair i love this office chair i think it's just such a cool color uh this is kind of gonna be a desk area a workspace area i .

Want to do a second youtube channel really around the business of being a digital creator something that i've wanted to do for a really long time now and i think that is going to be filmed right over in this area we haven't really got any furniture yet other than that chair because if you've been trying to find furniture lately or .

Buy it you know that there's a lot of delays with furniture so it takes like weeks minimum weeks right now to get anything delivered to you and like i said we've only been in here for like a week and a half at this point so that is why there's nothing in this space at the moment but hopefully over the .

Next i don't know two three four weeks maximum we're gonna have this entire space furnished out which i am so excited about i've never been able to furnish a space and make it look exactly how i want it to look and that really excites me now if you're leaving the living room and you're coming down this hallway you're going to .

End up in this first front bedroom this bedroom is probably going to be used for storage we don't really have anything in here at the moment and then if you keep walking you're going to end up in this room and this room has the best light out of all of the rooms in this space the light here is absolutely phenomenal .

For photography so as you can see i've actually started to take some photos in this room then if you're coming out of the room you'll see there is this closet over here i don't really know how much we're going to be using the closet but at least it's an extra space for storage we've got the bathroom here which is .

Pretty nice and then we are back in the front area the kids snuck in so for everybody who doesn't know this is my business partner my cousin brendan he helps me on the blog on instagram uh we have our own second blog which is i'm hungry for that which i really don't talk about too much uh at least not yet .

On this youtube channel but he has been a huge help to me the past year and he will be sharing this space with me as well so yeah that is the tour at least the unfurnished tour i'll give you guys another tour once we get some furniture in here i just want to give you a feel of kind of how the apartment and new studio was set up kind of the before .

Before we actually have anything in here i wanted to show you what it looked like before we actually furnished this out and made it like a real proper studio space the space itself it's about a thousand square feet which is definitely more space than i think we need at the moment .

But i do anticipate us kind of like growing into the space over the next couple of years also the location of this it's super close to my house it's like 10 minutes away from my house which was a huge check mark i just have to be close to home especially with a one-year-old at home and this studio office space is really .

All of those things so this really checked pretty much every box for me for us and we're really excited about it so welcome to the studio uh brendan and i are gonna get to some work right now and uh i'll give you guys an update once we furnish it out which will hopefully be sooner rather than .
