Today we’re going to talk about what I believe is the most important thing you can do to potentially help prevent cancer. We’re going to talk about fasting.

A protocol a person may want to consider if they’re interested in preventing cancer:
1. OMAD (one meal a day) on a regular basis
2. Do a 48 hour fast on the weekends
3. Take sea salt (1-1.5 tsp.), B vitamins, and trace minerals
4. Do a seven day fast every month (build-up to this)

Why intermittent fasting could potentially help:
• It can stop mTOR (a growth factor)
• It can decrease IGF-1 (a growth factor)
• It can stimulate autophagy (recycle old damaged proteins)
• It can generate new stem cells for your immune system (your immune system kills cancer cells)
• It can drop inflammation
• It can increases resistance for normal cells when exposed to chemotherapy and radiation therapy (cancer cells will be sensitive to chemotherapy and radiation therapy)

A few natural things someone could try if they have cancer:
• Alpha-lipoic acid (.4-.8g per day, start small and gradually increase over 2-3 weeks)
• Garcinia (1.2-3g per day, start small and gradually increase over 2-3 weeks)
• Red algae (8g per day)
• Black seed oil (500mg 2x per day)
• Garlic
• Green tea
• Cruciferous vegetables (including broccoli sprouts)

In this video, we’re going to talk about how zinc levels can help prevent covid-19 severity.

The Journal of Nutrients released a study that showed that people with low zinc (less than 50mcg/dl) have an increased risk of mortality (21%) due to a covid-19 infection compared to those with healthy zinc levels (5%). That’s a significant difference.

Those who have low zinc also took three times as long (25 days) to recover from a covid-19 infection compared to those with healthy levels of zinc (8 days).

There were also increases in the severity of the symptoms and inflammation in those with low zinc.

Why do zinc levels affect covid-19 severity? It’s because zinc…

Many times, someone will want to get rid of a fever as soon as possible. But, this is a big mistake. The normal temperature of the body is between 97.8-99 degrees Fahrenheit or 36.5-37.2 Celcius. These temperatures can vary slightly. Babies and children generally have a higher temperature. As we age, we run cooler.

The purpose of a fever is to fight pathogens and to help you decrease the duration of the infection. If you instantly try to break a fever, you could end up with the infection for longer than you should. A fever also helps mobilize and increase your white blood cells.

There are many natural things you can do to help speed up the cycle of an infection, such as:
1.Taking the right nutrients
• Calcium lactate, especially for kids
• Trace minerals

2. Fasting

When to call a doctor:
• 0-3 months — 100.4 F
• 3 months-3 years — 102.2 F
• 4-18 years — 104 F
• 18+ — 105 F

Generally, if the fever is lower, you may want to consider doing things to strengthen the immune system rather than automatically trying to turn off the fever with medications.

A few interesting points about body temperature:
1. When a person is lying, the temperature of their forehead, eyes, and neck may go up. But, the temperature of their nose may go down.

2. Consuming red hot chili peppers may cause your body temperature to go up. Peppers are also loaded with vitamin C.

3. People tend to sleep better in a colder room.

4. When you smoke, you may increase your temperature. (I don’t recommend smoking)

5. When you get a fever, you may want to enhance the fever by staying hot.

In this video, we’re going to talk about why you can’t live without viruses.

What would happen if all of the viruses on the planet were to disappear instantly? Interestingly, the planet would not survive after a short period of time.

There are ten nonillion viruses on earth—this is an absolutely massive number.

The vast majority of all viruses are not pathogenic—meaning they are not harmful. In fact, they are vital to our ecosystem. Viruses prevent the world’s population of bacteria from going out of control. Without viruses, you would have massive amounts of bacteria that would create all kinds of problems.

Viruses also ensure that oxygen-producing plankton get enough nutrients. 50% of all of the oxygen in our atmosphere comes from phytoplankton.

Our own DNA contains 100,000 pieces of viral DNA.

Viruses also help us build our acquired immunity. Our immune system needs viruses to help build up an immunity to other pathogens.

Interestingly, viruses need us to be alive in order to continue reproducing. Viruses adapt and evolve to become less deadly over time.

As you can see, there are both good and bad sides to viruses. The best strategy is to keep your immune system strong so that it can adapt to viral infections. Vitamin D3, zinc, and vitamin C are fantastic for supporting your immune function.

let’s talk about if you should be consuming eggs if you have an autoimmune condition like rheumatoid arthritis ms lupus type 1 diabetes now most autoimmune diseases stem from gut damage okay eighty percent of your immune system is located in the digestive system and if we have the lining of the colon and we break the links and we cause leaky gut proteins can leak into the lymphatic system which is right behind this barrier right here once a protein like the protein in milk or wheat or egg invades this barrier and ends up right in this area right here the lymphatic system your immune system is going to tag this as a foreign toxin okay and now you have an allergy to it and now every time you eat this thing you’re going to be inflamed and these allergic reactions because some of these proteins are similar to your own cells can set you up for an autoimmune disease where now you have antibodies they’re attacking your own tissues it’s in the area of what’s called molecular mimicry one of the things that i always recommend if you have an autoimmune condition is you go get an allergy test because what’s going to happen is if you can identify what you’re allergic to whether it’s casein the protein in the milk or the gluten of course if you’ve been on my channel you’re not consuming gluten because that’s a grain but you you may be consuming cheese casein or egg these two right here are common allergies and if you’re consuming these on your ketogenic diet and you have an autoimmune condition that can actually make things worse so get an allergy test and then you can isolate what you need to avoid for a while common allergies dairy it’s in the cheese it’s in the milk it’s in the yogurt there’s several proteins in milk one is casein another is whey and there’s actually more of course grains have the gluten and then you have protein eggs there’s protein in nuts there’s protein in seeds once you do the test you’ll be able to isolate what you’re allergic to and then you can avoid it now another thing that you really need to avoid if you have an autoimmune condition is vegetable oils soy corn canola cottonseed oil all of those are omega-6 fatty acids very inflammatory because dealing with autoimmune conditions is all about reducing inflammation and the last thing you want to do is add more inflammation to an already inflamed body if you don’t want to get an allergy test here’s another idea you can just go three days without consuming any cheese or milk or dairy and just see how you feel and of course we won’t talk about this because i already know you’re not consuming grains but this is a real big one right here the gluten in grains severe inflammatory reactions you may want to go like three days without consuming eggs and see how you feel if you feel better chances are you could be sensitive to it same thing with nuts same thing with seeds the same thing with other proteins like even fish when you do healthy keto and intermittent fasting and you do periodic prolonged fasting what you’re going to find out is a lot of your allergies are eventually going to go away because you’re strengthening the immune system all right before you go if you have a question about a product or you’re new to keto and you want to know how to begin keto or you’re on keto and you need a debug because it’s not going as smooth i have a keto consultant standing by to help you this is just for the people in the us hopefully in the future we’ll be able to answer everyone’s call but i put the number down below so you can call and get some help you

Should you consume eggs if you have an autoimmune condition? Here’s what you need to know.

Today let’s talk about whether or not it’s a good idea to consume eggs if you have an autoimmune condition. Most autoimmune diseases stem from gut damage. About 80% of your immune system is located in the digestive system. 

If there is a break in the lining of the colon, causing leaky gut, proteins can leak into the lymphatic system. If a protein, like the protein in milk, wheat, or eggs, ends up in the lymphatic system, your immune system may tag the protein as a foreign toxin. Now you would have an allergy to this protein, and every time you have it, you’ll become inflamed. 

These allergic reactions could actually set you up for an autoimmune disease. This is where you have antibodies that are attacking your own tissues. 

If you have an autoimmune condition, you may want to get an allergy test. This way, you can identify what you’re allergic to, like casein or eggs. If you’re consuming eggs or casein on the keto diet and you have an autoimmune condition, this could make things worse. 

Common allergies:
• Dairy (cheese, milk, yogurt)
• Grains (gluten) 
• Eggs
• Nuts 

If you have an autoimmune condition, you may also want to avoid vegetable oils. Vegetable oils are very inflammatory, and dealing with autoimmune conditions is all about reducing inflammation. 

When you do healthy keto and intermittent fasting as well as periodic prolonged fasting, you may even find that some of your allergies eventually go away because you’re strengthening your immune system.
