Let’s talk about the fastest way to get rid of acne. All it takes is the right knowledge, and you can get rid of acne fast.

Acne is an infection of the sebaceous glands. Sebaceous glands are the oil glands in the skin. What’s really behind this infection are hormones called androgens. Basically, your androgens are too high, which causes acne.

Top causes of acne:
• Low SHBG
• High insulin

How to get rid of acne:
• Stop eating sugar and refined carbs
• Stop snacking
• Do intermittent fasting
• Take milk thistle
• Take berberine (or have as a tea)
• Drink green tea (or use a face cream containing green tea)
• Get plenty of zinc and copper (try a trace mineral blend containing zinc and copper)
• Don’t pop your zits
• Don’t over-cleanse or scrub your skin
• Get a water filter for your shower that filters out fluoride
• Avoid dairy

The best remedies for acne scars:
• Vitamin E oil (rub into your skin before bed every night)
• Dermatrophin PMG (take one before bed for 3-6 months)

The cause of acne isn’t what you think. Don’t make this big mistake!

In this video, we’re going to talk about the biggest mistake when trying to get rid of acne.

The biggest mistake you can make when you’re trying to get rid of your acne is trying to wash the acne off of your face. Blackheads and acne are not dirt that you can simply wash off.

When you use detergents, cleansers, alcohol wipes, antibacterial creams, you are literally destroying your microbiome on the surface of your skin.

Your skin contains millions of microbes that act as a barrier, which is involved in your immune system. When you remove that layer of good bacteria, you lose the bacterial diversity. In turn, this increases the inflammation on the skin—it can even cause acne.

This is also why one of the side effects of antibiotics is acne.

Acne involves the sebaceous glands. These glands secrete an oil called sebum. Acne is essentially inflammation of these glands with excess amounts of sebum as well as pus and bacteria formation.

Acne comes from high levels of androgens, which are hormones. Your androgen levels spike when you’re a teenager. In turn, this causes a problem with your sebaceous glands.

What causes excess levels of androgens? Insulin. High levels of insulin can throw off your hormone balance. The cause of high insulin is a high-carb diet.

If you cut the carbs out, the acne will go away. The healthy keto diet and intermittent fasting are the two best ways to promote healthy insulin levels. Try going keto, and let me know how that works for you in the comments below.

The Hidden Source of Acne: Surprising

The Hidden Source of Acne: Surprising

The Hidden Source of Acne: Surprising

New To Keto But Want To Grow Your Knowledge?

More specifically, you want help with The Hidden Source of Acne: Surprising?

today we’re going to talk about the
hidden source of acne okay I’ve done other videos on this topic and the other
videos that you should watch them relate to a high carb diet because high amounts
of carbohydrates trigger insulin which then is converted to androgens
especially in polycystic ovarian syndrome so when you go on a low-carb
diet or a keto diet you actually get rid of your acne but what happens for some
people who are sensitive to Dairy they may get acne
despite consuming dairy products that are low in carbohydrate okay and it has
to do with a couple reasons one dairy or milk contains many growth factors and
hormones okay including androgens and estrogens and other types of hormones
that can stimulate growth of certain types of things in the case of acne
you’re talking about growth of the sebaceous gland the oil gland and when
those glands get enlarged that becomes acne now if we take a look at the
different types of dairy we have milk cheese cream butter and ghee I want to
talk about the difference between these one cup of milk actually has 8 grams
protein 8 grams of fat but 13 grams of carbohydrate that’s very very high now
that carbohydrate is milk sugar lactose and lactose intolerance is very very
common so right there you have this reaction that people have when they
consume dairy and that can manifest as an inflammatory condition in the gut or
the skin now with dairy you can also have an
allergy to the protein in dairy and that would be casein a casein allergy very
common so it’s not just the milk sugar it could be the protein as well now if
we take a look at cheese 2 ounces of cheese will give you 7 grams
protein 9 grams of fat but only 0.4 grams of carbs so if you are lactose
intolerant you’ll probably be okay with cheese for the most part but not if you
have a protein allergy like to casein now 1/2 a cup of cream ok 3 grams of
protein 43 grams of fat and 3 grams of carb now if you’re consuming cream for
example in your coffee or you make a keto dessert there’s lower amounts of
carbs than milk but you could be sensitive to it also if you have an
allergy there’s a little bit of protein and cream but this is a half a cup
normally in your coffee you’re only going to put a little bit so you might
not notice any reaction at all with that but if you’re gonna do cream in your
coffee I would definitely make sure it’s organic and if you can get grass-fed
that would be also very good now if we take a look at butter 1 tablespoon it’s
a little bit of protein and this could be enough to stir up a reaction if
you’re very very sensitive 12 grams of fat but no carb no lactose but ghee on
the other hand has zero protein ghee basically they take out all the protein
from the fat and it’s just pure fat and no carbohydrates so if you’re allergic
to that casein you’re not going to have any problem with ghee at all now the
other point I want to bring up is the type of casein there’s type a1 and
there’s type a2 type a1 tends to be more inflammatory and this is the type of
protein that you see in the United States and Europe but not including
France ok France uses a2 and other countries might use a2 if you consume
goat’s milk cheese for example that would be a2 you can also purchase dairy
products from a2 cows and you may find that it’s less inflammatory less
allergies so I’m just trying to give you all the different reasons why you could
react to dairy that go beyond necessarily just the growth hormones now
the thing about cheese too is the microbes eat the lactose so you do have some
probiotic in cheese and other dairy products like kefir and
yogurt but believe it or not yogurt does not give near the probiotics as kefir
but there is a little bit of probiotic in cheese not all cheeses but some
cheese if you’re gonna consume cheese I would recommend it be grass-fed organic
and preferably raw if you can find it so the point of this video is that if you
have acne and you do keto and you still have acne eliminate dairy and you’re
gonna find that the acne is probably going to go away but I know some people
love dairy and they’re gonna have a hard time doing that so maybe you want to try
goat’s cheese or you may want to try 100% grass-fed organic cheese maybe you
won’t have a reaction with that I personally am from Wisconsin so of
course I love cheese I do consume a little bit of cheese it doesn’t I don’t
seem to react to it if I consume a large amount of cheese I
don’t feel quite right but a little bit of high quality cheese for most people
seems to be okay but again if you if you have acne you may want to give it up but
that may be the thing that totally clears up all of your acne if you have
not seen my other video on PCOS I put it right here check it out

Today we’re going to talk about the hidden source of acne. I’ve done other videos on this topic that relate to high-carb diets. This is because high amounts of carbohydrates trigger insulin, which then is converted to androgens. So, a low-carb diet or healthy keto diet may help get rid of acne.

However, people who are sensitive to dairy can get acne despite consuming dairy products that are low in carbohydrates. It has to do with a few different things.

• Growth factors and hormones (androgens and estrogens)
• Low-fat
• Protein allergy
• Lactose intolerance
• A1 (casein)
• A2 (casein) – may be less inflammatory

How to get rid of acne?
If you’ve tried keto, but your acne hasn’t improved, you may want to cut out dairy. If you have a hard time eliminating dairy from your diet, you may want to try:

• Goat cheese
• 100% grass-fed organic cheese

Why Do You Get Acne During Your Period (Menstruation)

Why Do You Get Acne During Your Period (Menstruation)

New To Keto But Want To Grow Your Knowledge?

More specifically, you want help with Why Do You Get Acne During Your Period (Menstruation)?

recently I had a question in my live show why acne during my period every other month the ovaries take turn an ovulation so this month it might be at the left ovary next month it might be the right ovary and that correlates sometimes with acne that develops on the jawline and one side one month the next month it’s on the alternate side which is actually quite interesting but let’s talk about what actually causes the acne during menstruation when you’re having your period if we look at the entire month we have several things happening at day 14 when you’re ovulating you have the high spike of estrogen about a week later you get the high spike with progesterone but during menstruation you have the lowest amount of estrogen and the lowest amount of progesterone so the question is why are you getting acne if these two are alone well there’s another hormone involved and that is called testosterone now testosterone is a type of androgen and that is a male hormone but even women have a certain amount of it but if there’s too much of it in a female body you start getting facial hair acne hair loss deeper voice things like that now the ovaries produce several types of androgens which can then turn into testosterone or DHT okay also your adrenal glands also make androgens which can also turn into testosterone but the majority or the lion’s share is produced by the ovaries so what’s happening with acne is you’re getting too much testosterone for the amount of estrogen and progesterone that’s in your body so we have this ratio that just shows too much testosterone and testosterone and DHT enlarges the sebaceous gland or the sweat gland and that can then release more sebum or more oil and there can be bacteria involved and then that results in acne so acne just occurs if there’s too much antigen you see this in puberty you see this in another condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome in that case you have much insulin that’s converted to androgen in this case it’s a little bit different because it’s cyclic in other words it doesn’t happen all month long it happens during this period of time so we know there’s just an imbalance there’s too little estrogen and progesterone and just too much testosterone now the big question is what do you do about this there’s a really really good remedy that can help you and it’s called dim dim is a super concentrated cruciferous product the there’s certain phytochemicals in cruciferous vegetables and dim is like consuming two pounds of these vegetables in one pill so it is an androgen antagonist so it helps lower and urgent and it helps with acne and helps with cystic acne on your back so it can be very helpful now dim is also helpful in balancing estrogen so it acts as a phytoestrogen that can increase estrogen and it also can eliminate excessive amounts of estrogen too now it does not give you more estrogen that you already have it helps to balance the ratios of good versus bad estrogen so it’s very beneficial for women that are fighting breast cancer and sometimes they’re concerned about it being a phytoestrogen that can increase more estrogen but it really helps the ratio so it helps to balance both estrogen and androgen now there’s two other hormones that may be involved that you might want to look at one is cortisol because cortisol is a hormone produced by the adrenals and a lot of times when people go through stress that can generate more adrenal hormones and more testosterone so you want to monitor your stress level and then of course we have insulin if you were to help to normalize your insulin levels that would also help to normalize testosterone as well and that’s done with keto intamin fasting if you’re new to my channel I put a link down below you definitely want to check that out because that can help not just with your skin but with weight and many many other conditions anyway that’s what causes acne and this is the recommendation thanks for watching hey if you haven’t already subscribed press the button below and I will keep you in the know hey that runs

I recently received a question about menstruation and acne from someone on my live show. They were wondering why they get acne during their period. If you’ve been wondering this as well, this video is for you.

Every other month the ovaries take turns in ovulation. This month, it may be the left ovary, and acne may start to show up on the left side of your jawline. The next month it would be your right ovary, and you may see acne on the right side of your jawline.

What causes acne during menstruation? Well, let’s take a look at the whole month.

• On day 14 when you’re ovulating, you get the highest spike in estrogen.
• About a week later, you get the highest spike in progesterone.
• During menstruation, you have the lowest amount of estrogen and progesterone.

Why would you get acne when both estrogen and progesterone are low? Well, there is actually another hormone involved called testosterone.

Women have a certain amount of testosterone, but if there is too much, it can cause things like acne.

What’s happening is you’re getting too much testosterone for the amount of estrogen and progesterone that’s in the body. Testosterone enlarges the sebaceous gland, which can release more oil and bacteria, which then results in acne.

How to get rid of acne:

1. DIM (androgen antagonist)
2. Decrease cortisol (monitor your stress level)
3. Normalize insulin (ketogenic diet)
