In this video, we’re going to talk about the real benefits of nutritional yeast.

Nutritional yeast is a fantastic source of B vitamins—particularly vitamin B1 (thiamine).

The problem is that many nutritional yeast products are fortified with synthetic vitamins. Synthetic vitamins do not work the same as natural vitamins. It’s always best to avoid artificial sources of vitamins and minerals—stick with food-based sources and natural supplements.

Keep in mind that consuming nutritional yeast will not cause a yeast infection.

Here are some of the important nutrients in nutritional yeast:
• B vitamins—especially vitamin B1
• Amino acids
• Selenium
• Zinc
• Copper
• Chromium
• Phosphorus
• Beta-glucan

The most crucial nutrient in nutritional yeast is vitamin B1. In fact, vitamin B1 is the most important water-soluble vitamin for the body. All the mitochondria (your body’s energy factories) in your cells need this nutrient.

When you’re on a high-carb diet, your requirement for vitamin B1 skyrockets. This is another reason why the Healthy Keto diet is great for your health.

The benefits of vitamin B1 include:
• Reduces stress
• Increases your tolerance to stress
• Provides energy
• Promotes homeostasis throughout the limbic system
• Reduces anxiety, panic, and nightmares
• Enhances sleep
• Supports healthy hair
• Helps with POTS symptoms
• Provides essential trace minerals, vitamins, and amino acids
• Supports the autonomic nervous system
• Supports healthy breathing
• Promotes normal hunger
• Helps reduce brain fog, confusion, and poor focus

The best time to take nutritional yeast is right before bed. Although it increases your energy, it also helps you feel calm and relaxed, so it doesn’t keep you up at night.

In this video, we’re going to talk about the amazing benefits of black elderberry.

Black elderberry is a powerful immune system support. It’s particularly good at helping you fight back against viruses.

Black elderberries have been around for ages. People have used them for:
• Reducing pain
• Lowering inflammation
• Decreasing swelling
• Increasing urination
• Reducing gas
• Lowering blood sugars
• Decreasing UV radiation damage
• Reducing uric acid

Today, it is primarily used to support your immune health. Studies show that it can even perform as well as many antiviral medications for the flu.

Black elderberry even has the power to increase a particular cytokine by 44%. In short, this means that it activates your immune system.

Now, keep in mind that you should never consume raw black elderberries. They contain small amounts of cyanide, which can cause some digestive problems. When it’s processed and made into a supplement, the cyanide is completely removed.

Black elderberry is high in a specific group of phytonutrients called anthocyanins (nothing to do with cyanide). This is a great natural remedy for viruses.

Check it out and let me know how it works for you.

In this video, we’re going to talk about the benefits of rebounding exercise.

NASA has done a lot of research on rebounding exercise. When you’re in space without gravity, you begin to lose your bone tissue and muscle tissue. Rebounding exercise is designed to counter these problems.

Rebounding exercise is essentially jumping on a trampoline.

There are quite a few benefits of rebound exercises. Rebounding:
• Is convenient
• Helps mobility
• Help posture
• Helps balance
• Helps fear of falling
• Reduces risk of osteoporosis
• Stimulates the thyroid and lymphatic system

In my opinion, the biggest benefit is its ability to stimulate the lymphatic system. Some of the plasma in your blood leaks out of your tissues and goes into the lymphatic system. This means that the lymph in your lymphatic system is made up of plasma along with other substances. The plasma eventually returns to the bloodstream.

Interestingly, your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump as the vascular system does. This means that you have to move your body for your lymph to circulate your body.

Aside from transporting plasma, the lymphatic system has two other significant roles: to support the immune system and to transport fat throughout the body.

When you consume dietary fat, it goes through the lymphatic system. Since fat and water do not mix, your body has to package the fat—using something called chylomicrons—in a way that it can be transported easily through the lymph fluid.

From there, the fat is carried throughout the body to be used for energy and the creation of hormones, cells, and bile.

Many people have found that rebounding exercise has restored their energy. This is the true benefit of rebound exercise.

Is fasting for 14 hours enough? Here’s what you need to know.

1:37 What you could do

Someone wanted to know whether or not there are any benefits of fasting for 14 hours. They said they eat breakfast at 8 am and fast until dinner at 6 pm. Then, they fast until breakfast the next morning.

This person is fasting for 10 hours during the day and 14 hours at night. A person can receive benefits from this fasting pattern. However, you may not experience autophagy, which has to do with anti-aging and recycling old proteins.

Potential benefits of fasting for 14 hours:
• Weight loss
• Cognitive benefits
• Mood benefits
• Reduction in inflammation

The sweet spot to see some really amazing fasting benefits is to fast between 16 to 18 hours per day. Then, you could go up to 20 hours of fasting and even possibly start consuming one meal per day. With this, you may see more intense benefits and even benefits from autophagy.

What you may want to do is take advantage of the time that you’re fasting while sleeping and push it further from there. Try to slowly push your first meal from 8 am to 9 am, and from 9 am to 10 am. If you were to consume one meal at 10 am and one meal at 6 pm, you would have 16 hours of fasting. You could do this for a week or two and then push your first meal to 12 pm. This will give you 18 hours of fasting. This could produce amazing benefits.

In this video, we’re going to talk about the therapeutic benefits of silica. The form of silica we’re going to cover is called orthosilicic acid. Certain parts of the body have high amounts of silica, especially the aorta, trachea, bones, and skin. As people age, these parts of the body become rough, rigid, and inelastic. But, silica may help slow down this process.

Benefits of silica:
• It can stimulate collagen type 1
• It can stimulate skin fibroblasts
• It can help bone mineralization (bone density)
• It can help decrease blood pressure
• It’s involved in calcification of the bone, and it has similar effects to vitamin D
• It chelates aluminum
• It can prevent the loss of skin elasticity

Two great sources of silica are:
• Mineral water
• Vegetables

The Biggest Benefit of L-Carnitine is…

The Biggest Benefit of L-Carnitine is…

New To Keto But Want To Grow Your Knowledge?

More specifically, you want help with The Biggest Benefit of L-Carnitine is…?

this video is a summary video on l-carnitine what is it and what’s the most important use of l-carnitine it’s an amino acid that transports fat into the mitochondria the mitochondria is the energy Factory in all of your cells it produces the energy currency called ATP and l-carnitine also will handle some of the waste that’s generated from the fat that’s being oxidized now since its job is to transport fat into the oven sort of speak for burning people take it to lose weight okay they take it to develop more energy while they’re working out they get more endurance they have better recovery if they’re exercising so these are the main reasons why people consume this but there’s actually a bigger reason that I’m going to talk about most of your cells okay contain between 500 and 2,000 mitochondria but the heart cell has 5,000 mitochondria that’s incredible that’s a lot of mitochondria now the interesting thing about the heart muscle that’s different than the skeletal muscle is it doesn’t have a glycogen reserve and when you burn fat most of that fat turns into free fatty acids and only 40 percent of it turns into ketones so when we talk about fat burning we’re not talking about just ketones we’re also talking about fatty acids and the heart loves fatty acids in fact it runs in fatty acids it runs on other things like lactate and ketones but it loves fatty acids so it needs l-carnitine to transport these fatty acids into the machinery to burn for its energy so if you have a congestive heart failure or you have some arrhythmia problem with the heart or any type of heart damage this product is what you would want to consume in addition to coenzyme q-10 those two are dynamite for the heart as they age they make less and less carnitine and also as they age they cannot digest or absorb protein as well so protein does not turn into body tissue like it did when they were 18 years old not to mention the fact that a lot of people have lost stomach acids so they’re not digesting this protein to eventually get this as well because your body makes it so we have a protein absorption problem we have a digestive problem being able to break down the protein as we age we can’t make this as well and also if you’re not consuming the cofactors to make it like b6 vitamin C some of the other B vitamins and that could be another reason why this could benefit you but I just wanted to create this summary video to point out that L carnitine is not just for athletes okay not just for people that want to lose weight it’s also and even more importantly for people that want to support a healthy cardiovascular system thanks for watching if you’re liking this content please subscribe now and I will actually keep you updated on future videos

This is a summary video on L-Carnitine.

What is L-Carnitine?
It’s an amino acid that transports fat into the mitochondria. The mitochondria is the energy factory in all of your cells. L-Carnitine also handles some of the waste that’s generated from the fat that’s being oxidized.

What is L-Carnitine used for?
• Weight loss
• Endurance
• Increased energy
• Better recovery

But, L-Carnitine is not just for athletes or people who want to lose weight.

The best way to use L-Carnitine is actually for your cardiovascular health. Essentially the heart loves fatty acids. It needs L-Carnitine to transport fatty acids into the machinery to burn for its energy. L-Carnitine and COQ10 together are really fantastic for cardiovascular health.
