Instructions and Macros:
In a blender add-
1 Whole egg + 2 egg whites
1/2 Cup (113g) non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 Cup (70g) fresh strawberries
1 Scoop (30g) Isopures vanilla whey protein
1/2 Cup (40g) oats
1 1/2 Tbsp (12g) sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix
Blend until smooth
Once smooth, cook on a medium heat
Flip once bubbles form on the top of the pancakes
Topping is just melted cream cheese with mixed with low calorie pancake syrup
I use a 1 to 1 Tbsp ratio
Macros (not including topping): 485 Calories, 8g Fat, 46g Carbs (6g fiber), 55g Protein
