hey what’s happening guys today we are taking the ever popular two ingredient Deal recipe we’re gonna be improving upon it just a little bit adding just a couple ingredients and making some amazing healthy low-calorie high-protein bagels out of it that was probably the longest description of this recipe that I could get but anyways these bagels are legit delicious guys and they have almost as much protein as they do carts now how I did that was I replaced some of the flour with protein powder some unflavored whey protein powder and that’s actually the sponsor of today’s video is I so pure protein now if you want to do that you can pick up some of the protein powder that I used in the video today in the video description below but if you don’t want to do that there will also be a workaround on how you cannot use protein powder for the recipe and still get some awesomely delicious bagels with that being said let’s not waste any more time let’s make some bagels alright so in a large bowl we’re gonna add one cup of self-rising flour next add some protein we’re gonna add a scoop of ice appears unflavored whey protein powder and we’re just gonna mix those with a whisk until they’re combined once those are combined we’re all set to add our Greek yogurt I’m gonna be adding a cup of nonfat Greek yogurt but any fat Greek yogurt will work for this recipe the most important thing is that you use a strained Greek yogurt now as you’ll see I’m just working those ingredients together until a ball of dough forms when it does you want to tear off four equal sized pieces and then transfer each piece to your work surface area covered with a little flour you can roll each one of those pieces out and then you’ll want to connect both ends once you do roll each piece out and when you connect them you obviously have the shape of a bagel so we’re going to transfer the bagels to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper add a little egg wash to the top of each bagel add the seasoning of your choice today I won’t with everything seasoning and then bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes it should be golden brown like that you want to let them cool completely in the tray and then check that out guys how awesome these look so my biggest pro tip with these bagels is that when you’re mixing things when you’re getting that ball of dough together don’t over mix the ball of dough once you form the ball dough stop mixing that’s because the Greek yogurt will end up making the dough wet if you over mix things and then you’ll have to add either more flour or protein powder to get the ball of dough to not be wet anymore and it’s just a big headache so just make sure you don’t over mix things anyways I hope you enjoyed the bagel recipe today if you did it really means a lot it truly does make the like button a thumbs up but on the video you want recipe with the metric measurements and the macros all that’s in the video description below along with all the products like the everything bagel seasoning that I used and grab all that stuff in a video description below as well thanks for watching guys hope you enjoy the bagels see you the next one [Music]

2 Ingredient bagels! Whether you’re doing Weight Watchers freestyle or Smart Points, this bagel recipe is the ONLY one you’ll ever need! The “base” of these 2 ingredient bagels is made from Greek yogurt and self rising flour, but you’d never even guess. They taste just like “real” bagels, and have the same texture as “real” bagels, but have far fewer calories. I made a couple of updates to the original two ingredient bagel recipe, and I think this is the best version of that recipe you’ll try!

2 Ingredient Bagel Grocery List
Self Rising Flour:
Egg Wash Brush:
Self Rising Flour: 1 Cup (120g)
Non-Fat Greek Yogurt: 1 Cup (220g)
Unflavored Whey ISOPURE: 1 Scoop (30g)
Egg/Egg substitute: 1 Large
Everything Seasoning To Taste
*NOTE: If not using the protein powder use 1 1/4 cups (150g) of self rising flour.
Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees
Add first 3 ingredients to a large bowl
Mix until crumbly (do not over mix)
Once crumbly, use your hands to form a ball of dough (do not over work the dough)
When you’ve got the dough formed separate it into 4 equal sized pieces
Coat your work-surface area with flour
Use your hands to roll each piece out – into about a 6 inch line of dough – and then bend and connect it into a circle
Add each bagel to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Coat each one with a small amount of egg wash
Top with any seasonings you’d like to use
Bake for around 20 minutes
Once the bagels are done baking let them cool down completely in the sheet itself
Once cooled, store in an air-tight container in the fridge for a couple of days.
