Spray an OVERSIZED mug with cooking spray
Add in 1/3 cup (40g) of self rising flour
1 Scoop of Isopure vanilla whey protein
1 1/2 Tbsp (18g) sugar substitute
Pinch of salt
2 1/2 Tbsp (45g) unsweetened apple sauce
1 Tbsp (15mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Mix until well combined
Microwave for 1 minute (1250 Watt Microwave used)
