what’s up guys today we’re making one of my favourite mug cakes of the series snickerdoodle and I love this cake for a ton of different reasons but one of which is that it’s less than 300 calories so let’s get cooking kokin oversized mug with nonstick cooking spray and add in one whole egg next we’re adding 1 tablespoon or 20 grams of unsweetened applesauce followed by a tablespoon of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract now mix your liquid ingredients until combined once combined let’s add in our dry ingredients starting with just shy of 1/2 cup or 50 grams of self-rising flour and a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon now I did a tablespoon of low calorie pancake syrup and mix again until everything is well combined and your batter is formed that’s looking great so go ahead and top your batter with a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon or 12 grams of sugar substitute once that’s all set microwave for about a minute snickerdoodle ish as’ I haven’t said this in a while but oh sweet snickerdoodle Jesus this cakes amazing the macros 284 calories 4 grams of fat 53 grams of carbs 2 of which are fiber and 11 grams of protein if you’re on Instagram and you’re gonna make this cake I’d love to see a photo of it so make sure to use the hashtag month mug cakes in your post and don’t forget to tag me in it and as always thanks for watching

Ingredients and Macros:

Spray an OVERSIZED MUG with non-stick cooking spray
Add in 1 whole egg
1 Tbsp (20g) unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp (15mL) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
Mix until combined

Now add just shy of 1/2 cup (50g) self rising flour
1/4 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp (15mL) low calorie pancake syrup
Mix until well combined
Top with 1/4 tsp cinnamon
And 1 tbsp (12g) sugar substitute
Microwave for 1 minute (1250 watt microwave used)
